## Semantics
- is_up is based on direct DNS, TCP, TLS and HTTP checks from the monitoring server.
- HTTP 5xx, DNS/connection/TLS failure, or timeout is unavailable.
- total_ms is complete request duration; ttfb_ms is time to first byte.
- Percentages use recorded samples only. Missing observations are not treated as uptime.
- The observations describe each company's public website, not every customer server or product.
